Living Consciously in God by Roy Eugene Davis is will be used for this course and is available for purchase at Being Yoga.

Learn and practice a simple and natural form of meditation  to calm your mind, relax your body and open your heart. Based on ancient, time-tested teachings of Kriya Yoga, this meditation technique has helped millions of seekers to access and live from the innate peace, joy and clarity that indwells us all. Each evening will include inspiration from the book: Living Consciously in God (Roy Eugene Davis) as well as meditation practice.  All are welcome.

INSTRUCTOR: Beverly Rajni Kam, M.Div., LMFT is a graduate of the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment’s Meru Seminary. She is currently a Ministry Intern and on staff at CSE. She continues to study at the Center with her teacher, Yogacharya O’Brian, a disciple of Roy Eugene Davis. Beverly is a certified meditation teacher and has an active practice as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.
