In my first Bikram Yoga class, I felt the union within me, something just clicked. I had a strong sense that this yoga would take care of me, all of me. It was so difficult to face myself in the mirror, but I knew that I had to.

After neglecting my physical body for years, I rejoiced in finding something I truly enjoyed doing. The yoga lifestyle had been inside of me all along, just waiting to be awakened! In a few months, I was practicing 6 days a week, felt better than ever, and I knew that this would be a lifetime practice. The rigorous teacher training program brought me deeper into my journey, and being able to teach this yoga is such an honor.My dream has always been to help others become the person they want to be, and my students are so inspirational. Bikram yoga is the perfect vehicle to give voice to the body, quiet the mind, and embody the spirit.
