Optimum Performance is a group fitness fat loss program that uses our unique “Climb to the Peak” system of metabolic circuit training designed to challenge, inspire and transform your body. This program was designed with two main goals in mind; one, is to help YOU get in the best shape of YOUR life (lean, ripped, strong and fit) and two, to give the experienced exerciser an opportunity to take their fitness to a whole new level and break through plateaus that have kept their fitness results limited.

Meets for three months, twice a week.  


There is a space of sanctuary for you at Being Yoga–a space where you can breathe, quiet your thoughts, and experience your body through yoga. Retreat from the distractions of your busy day into the warm glow of tranquility, and discover your inner peace.

Develop your strength, flexibility and balance through the variety of yoga classes we offer–from gentle introduction to our most challenging advanced heated yoga class.

Our passionate and dedicated community of yoga instructors will inspire you to awaken your senses, focus your mind and open your spirit.
