Improve strength, flexibility, and balance!
Begin the Yang portion of the class by building heat through sun salutations, gentle twists, and core work as you move fluidly from one pose to the next, connecting breath with movement.
Close with 30 minutes of Yin practice, aimed at strengthening and restoring connective tissue in the body.
All levels. Non-heated room.
