Fit Babies is offered to new mothers and their babies as an oppertunity to incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. The class will be 90 minutes long with an hour of strengthening, cardio, and stretching. At the end of the exercise class there will be a 30 minute discussion and presentation on relavent topics.
Fit Bellies is designed to prepare the pregnant woman for pregnancy, childbirth and new parenthood both physically and emotionally. Each week there will be cardiovascualar and muscular conditioning as well stretching and relaxation components to prepare the mother and babies for a healthy birth process.
Our resident older adults expert will be hosting this enjoyable but gentle movement experience. Geared for the more mature member or those with physical limitations, this is an excellent opportunity to participate in group movement. Participants can join at any time, no matter their fitness levelThis is a 10 week drop in program that will help take a beginner from a run- walk program to a full 5km run. The program will start with intervals of run walk and build on the intervals as the participant's fitness levels improve. By the end of the program you will be able to run a 5km distance without stopping!The program includes; a proper warm up, stretching, basic nutrition advice and weekly fitness tips related to running.This program will be led by a Personal Trainer.

Level 5 Bikram Hot Yoga class for advanced Yogis

We have added a new component to this class – join us in an introduction to the foam roller and how it can aid you in recovery and also improve your flexibility. Our Trainers will teach you how to get the most out of the stretch and release process – It is a fun interactive class aimed at providing techniques to help improve athletic performance and relieve tension and stress.
Long and Lean is a core and stretching class. There will be 20 minutes of core work, followed by 20 minutes of stretching.

Beginner Pilate Mat Class

Pilates 1 expands on techniques gained in Intro to Pilates with greater focus on improving the flow of basic exercise. You will work on moving from one pose into the next with stability and ease. In this series new exercises are introduces to boost core strength and stability. Previous Pilates experience is not required.

For more challenge Pilates II is an intermediate level which will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout. With exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups, Pilates II is a class that will streamline your body without adding bulk.
Previous Pilates is required.

Beginning work shop for members looking to experience Pilates in small, private sessions to learn the basics.

Pilates I & Stretch is the same class as a normal Pilates I, with an additional 30 minutes of stretching.

Pilates on the ball is a unique body conditioning technique. Using stability balls to add resistance challenge and variety to the mat work, you will learn to stretch and strengthen your entire body with specific focus on the core stabilizers.
