Relax the body and the mind with Yoga. Through a variety of poses we will strengthen and tone the physical body while breathing and relaxation practices encourage peace of mind and inner balance. intermediate Yoga is aimed towards creating a positive experience that noticeably relaxes you after a long, hard week. With a balance between movement and release, our ability to move through shifts becomes more fluid.

This is a gentle starting point for beginners. You will learn the five basic Principles of Pilates and build a strong foundation of exercises required to move onto the next level. Emphasis will be places on breathing and body awareness. Participants will develop leaner, longer looking muscles, establish core strength and stability and heightened mind body awareness.

Beginner Pilate Mat Class

Pilates 1 expands on techniques gained in Intro to Pilates with greater focus on improving the flow of basic exercise. You will work on moving from one pose into the next with stability and ease. In this series new exercises are introduces to boost core strength and stability. Previous Pilates experience is not required.

For more challenge Pilates II is an intermediate level which will take you through a dynamic, full-body workout. With exercises that stretch and tone all muscle groups, Pilates II is a class that will streamline your body without adding bulk.
Previous Pilates is required.

Beginning work shop for members looking to experience Pilates in small, private sessions to learn the basics.

Pilates I & Stretch is the same class as a normal Pilates I, with an additional 30 minutes of stretching.

Pilates on the ball is a unique body conditioning technique. Using stability balls to add resistance challenge and variety to the mat work, you will learn to stretch and strengthen your entire body with specific focus on the core stabilizers.
Some Pilates experience is required.
