In our spacious Studio, you will find a variety of yoga styles, ranging from Bikram-inspired hot yoga (90 minutes and 60 minutes) to active, non-heated classes (Vinyasa, Flow and Power) to more relaxing, therapeutic styles (Yin, Gentle, Restorative and Nidra).
