FLOW AND RESTORE

Jessica is back to help you enjoy the best of both worlds! Flow through a vinyasa sequence during the first portion of the class and spend the last 15 – 20 minutes practicing restorative yoga, to seal and recharge your body. The combination will allow you to connect your breath and body for a centered and balanced asana practice.

PRENATAL YOGA

Sunday, March 31

This class is open to moms-to-be or women who are hoping to conceive. In this class, students can expect a 45 minute gentle yoga flow, which includes seated and standing postures, followed by 15 minutes of restorative yoga, using props for support, creating a well-rounded asana practice.

Expecting moms can also anticipate variations of yoga poses geared for opening up the body in preparation for labor, and will have the opportunity to connect with others to form a supportive community to learn and grow through their yoga practice and motherhood.

Align your chakras, melt into your connective tissue, and tune your vibrations as we take you on this journey. Misty Scholz will guide you though 90 minutes of Yin Yoga as Matt Phillips brings in sound to help you go deeper into the postures. Class will finish with a gong meditation in savasana.

POWER YOGA

This 75 minute slightly heated class combines strength and stability for a balanced yoga practice. Teacher Nadia will start with a slow Vinyasa to warm up, transition to a faster paced flow, with plenty of options for each level, and end with longer meditative postures to stretch and cool down.
