This 75 minute slightly heated class combines strength and stability for a balanced yoga practice. Teacher Nadia will start with a slow Vinyasa to warm up, transition to a faster paced flow with plenty of options for each level, and end with longer meditative postures to stretch and cool down.

SILENT BIKRAM

Turn inward to enhance focus and mindfulness, and experience a moving meditation. Explore the group practice a whole new way with this 90 minute heated class, which moves through the Bikram Yoga series as the teacher models the postures without dialogue.

For students who have taken a minimum of at least ten regular Bikram classes.

Slow down with Yoga Nidra Yoga, which literally translates to “yoga sleep”. In this class you will begin with a light sequence of seated poses to warm up, then Teacher Melissa will guide you through a deep meditation of rest, relaxation and cellular regeneration, where your mind, body and spirit can repair, restore and find peace.

PRENATAL YOGA

This class is open to moms-to-be or women who are hoping to conceive. Included in this 60 minute slow to moderate vinyasa flow, are seated, standing and restorative postures, using props for support as necessary, for a well-rounded asana practice. Students will also have the opportunity to connect with a supportive community to learn and grow through their yoga practice.

CHAKRA BALANCING FLOW

Lisa will guide you on a journey through the seven chakras, the energy centers in your body that govern your psychological qualities. This class is designed to open and clear blocked energy in the body.

Focus areas include:  meditation and asana practice for grounding, self-esteem, inner power, intuition, communication, heart opening, healing grief and connecting to universal consciousness.
