This class is open to moms-to-be or women who are hoping to conceive. In this class, students can expect a 45 minute gentle yoga flow, which includes seated and standing postures, followed by 15 minutes of restorative yoga, using props for support, creating a well-rounded asana practice.
Expecting moms can also anticipate variations of yoga poses geared for opening up the body in preparation for labor, and will have the opportunity to connect with others to form a supportive community to learn and grow through their yoga practice and motherhood.
