This 75 minute slightly heated class combines strength and stability for a balanced yoga practice. Teacher Nadia will start with a slow Vinyasa to warm up, transition to a faster paced flow, with plenty of options for each level, and end with longer meditative postures to stretch and cool down.

All levels. Slightly heated room.
