Yoga has been described as a joining of body, mind and spirit. It is well known as classes of people doing postures, or asanas. It is sometimes represented by the contemplative yogi or yogini sitting in meditation.

Like everything else, there are many forms of yoga and probably as many opinions on what it is and what it does for each of us. We would love to hear what our students think, so please share your comments.
